Operation of Videojet Excel Series Printer

Starting up procedure:
1, If it is needed, please input new information;
2, Open UPS, connect the Videojet printer to the power supply switch;
3, Check whether the liquid level is high enough in ink cartridge;
4, Make sure the print head is rightly faced to the products surface;
5, Check whether there is ink leaking from filter connections of Videojet;
6, Clean Videojet printer's print head, and dry it with compressed air;
7, Open the compressing pump or air supply source, clean the ink bumper;
8, Press "print" button, when the Videojet printer's "READY" light is on, then you can print;
9, The time for process of auto power on is 97 seconds after the moment of pressing the button of "ON";
Shutdown process of Videojet inkjet printer
Press the "OFF" button on the control panel, after finishing the shutdown process in 4 minutes, Videojet printer will automatically cut off the electricity with the screen dimming. Then, turn off the power switch in the right-bottom of the machine, UPS power supply and air supply.
Attention:
1, Please just clean the print head before starting up of the machine, while not when it is shutting down or after shutting down;
2, If Videojet printer needed to stop working for more than 7 days, please carry out the process of "cleaning and storing of Videojet printer". When the machine is being restarted again, please follow the restart process;
3, Do not clean the print head when the Videojet printer is running (When the button "ON" is lighting). If the cleaning process must be implemented, please carry out the shutdown process firstly, and then clean the nozzle after the vacuum meter shows 0;
Maintenance of Videojet inkjet printer
1, Please don't clean the print head when the machine is turning off;
2, Check the print head each day before opening the machine, if it is necessary, please clean it;
3, Please change the vacuum filter, ink supply filter, main filters and other Videojet filters each 5000 hours.
Notes for Videojet inkjet printers:
1, Nozzle collision is prohibited;
2, Inflammable solvent, please be kept away from smoke and fire;
3, Power supply voltage: 220V + 10%, voltage stabilizer should be installed, UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply);
4, Please completely clean the machine after long period of closing down;
5, People who are not trained are not allowed to operate and maintain the Videojet printer;
6, Do not insert or pull out the electronic component, plug connector or PCB with electricity on;
7, Please don't use unqualified ink or solvent in case of bringing in any damage to the spare parts of Videojet printer;
8, When there is a failure, please contact the engineers in time. It is not allowed to dismantle the spare parts without permission when the malfunction is not still clear;
