Generally speaking, ink is stably circulated in a relatively closed system, without much impurity permeating. But there could be bad recycle performance of ink caused by maintenance, working environment, type of ink, etc. if Willett printers are used for a long time. The following solutions could be helpful for ink recycle problems.
1, Nozzle blockings. Please stop the Willett printer and clean it.
2, The location of ink line is not precisely correct. Please adjust is manually.
3, Problem of ink viscosity, location of recovery slot, pressure, etc. All these possible problems should be carefully checked and selected so as to repair the Willett printer in time and quickly turn back to production process again.
4, Low negative pressure in ink recycling system. That is to say the recycle recover power is not big enough. In this condition, please check whether there is blockings in recycle valve, whether there is blockings or breakdown of recycle pump, or blockings in recycle line system. Then please dismantle the recycle valve and clean it with detergent before restart the machine to see whether it turns back to normal. Normally, there will be ink leaking from the chassis if the recycle pump is broken down.
